Part III: Frappe, Fondu, Grand Battement, & Epaulement
This is the third class of a four part series for the beginning ballet student. This forty minute lesson covers frappe, fondu, and Grand Battement at the barre, and the use of Epaulement in center work.

Part IV: The Basics of Center Work
This is the fourth class of a four part series for the beginning ballet student. This forty minute lesson covers the outline of center work, including tendus, adagio, petit allegro, grand allegro, and reverence.

This class will help prepare you for what to expect when you first walk into the ballet studio. In the comfort and privacy of your own home, you can begin to accustom yourself to the flow, structure, and practice of a typical beginning level ballet class.
